The objective is to visualize the surface roughness on complex parts, raw from additive manufacturing or after various surface post-treatments, which has an effect on visual quality, assembly possibilities, hydraulic and aerolic performances, and fatigue.
A database and software are being developed at the LGP laboratory, in partnership with manufacturers.
